- Experience with chronic or medically complex patients
- Strong clinical judgment and patient education skills
- Comfortable with technology and virtual patient care
- Independent, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Schedule
This is a full-time remote position. Candidates must be comfortable with schedule flexibility and participating in an on-call rotation, including after-hours and weekend coverage.
Compensation & Benefits: $100,000 base salary plus a comprehensive benefits package.
We're looking for nurses who want to grow with an organization not simply work remotely. If you're clinically strong, comfortable with change, and excited about how technology and AI can improve chronic care, we'd like to hear from you.
