Are you an execution-focused growth marketer who thrives on winning in hyper-competitive landscapes? We are seeking a data-driven, fast-moving Senior Demand Generation Specialist to own our inbound customer acquisition engines and outbound database lifecycle channels.
Unlike agency roles where your focus is split across dozens of disjointed clients, you will join an agile, high-energy, in-house marketing team entirely focused on scaling one powerful brand across multiple geographic regions. We operate with zero corporate bureaucracy, meaning we test quickly, launch instantly, and reward performance heavily. Key Responsibilities
- Inbound Local Channels & Paid Ads Optimization
- Campaign Design & Launch: Build, deploy, and scale paid acquisition campaigns across, maximizing standard search, local extensions, and Performance Max (P-Max).
- Local Service Engine Management: Own the daily strategy, positioning, and budget pacing for Google Local Services Ads (LSA). Manage review pipelines, license verifications, and proactively dispute invalid proximity leads to maximize ad spend.
- Lead Quality Auditing: Monitor the lead lifecycle from click to cash. Work directly with internal CRM data to continuously drop low-performing targets and adjust bidding tiers for maximum ROI.
- Vendor Partner & Marketplace Management
- Platform Ownership: Serve as the primary point of contact and master operator for our critical lead networks, including ANGI, Thumbtack, YELP, HomeAdvisor and Nextdoor among others.
- Performance Tuning: Fine-tune target profile filters, adjust automated instant-book parameters, and track response windows to outperform competitors in regional marketplaces.
- Outbound Database Marketing & Lifecycle Design
- Retention Campaign Architecture: Design, write, and launch high-impact email and SMS marketing campaigns utilizing our existing company database.
- Automation & Segmentation: Build out automated consumer drip sequences, regional seasonal promotions, and win-back flows to systematically convert stale leads and cross-sell past customers.
- Regulatory Compliance: Maintain strict compliance with SMS communication frameworks (TCPA/CTIA regulations) and database hygiene protocols.
- Experience: 2–4 years of hands-on experience running performance-based local digital marketing, paid acquisition, and database marketing campaigns.
- Platform Mastery: Deep, practical familiarity with Google Ads (LSA, P-Max), local marketplaces (Angi, Yelp, Thumbtack), and marketing automation software (e.g. ServiceTitan, ActiveCampaign, or similar).
- Analytical Mindset: Comfortable using spreadsheets, analyzing pipeline data, calculating Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and evaluating multi-region return on investment (ROI).
- Speed & Culture Fit: Thrives in a highly competitive, fast-paced team environment. A self-starter who values execution over long meetings.
