General Manager Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house and back-of-house operations for a high-volume, full-service dining venue.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of roughly 60 hourly and supervisory team members, cultivating high retention and team engagement.
- Manage operational accountability through active floor presence during peak dining hours, special events, and high-volume fluctuations.
- Drive financial performance, including labor cost optimization, cost of goods sold (COGS), beverage profitability, and annual budgeting.
- Ensure consistent adherence to premium guest service standards, food safety protocols, and responsible alcohol service regulations.
- Collaborate with casino and entertainment leadership to coordinate banquet support, pre-concert rush periods, and promotional dining events.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of General Management experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant environment (casual dining, polished casual, or sports/entertainment venues).
- Proven success managing operations with annual sales exceeding $2.5M and a team of 40+ employees.
- Strong acumen in beverage operations, bar management, and labor scheduling across variable-volume shifts.
- Demonstrated ability to read, interpret, and manage restaurant P&L statements.
- Hands-on leadership style with a focus on floor management, guest engagement, and staff development.
- Banquet or private dining coordination experience is considered an asset.
- Base Salary: $70,000 – $75,000 (up to $80,000 for top-tier candidates)
