Stocker Subaru is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Service Advisor to join our growing service team. As a Service Advisor, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our service customers, helping them understand their vehicle's maintenance and repair needs while building trust and long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and accurately document vehicle concerns.
• Prepare repair orders and clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repairs.
• Coordinate repairs and service needs between customers and technicians.
• Provide customers with timely updates throughout the repair process.
• Review completed repairs, invoices, and recommendations with customers.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the service experience.
• Meet established performance goals for customer satisfaction, sales, and retention.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow dealership service processes.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of automotive experience required.
• Previous Service Advisor or dealership experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• General knowledge of automotive maintenance and repair.
• Ability to manage multiple customers and repair orders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfortable learning dealership management systems and manufacturer warranty processes.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
