Job Description

We are recruiting Polish-speaking Sales Specialists for a consultative B2B digital advertising project based on-site in Athens, Greece, supporting one of the world's leading online advertising platforms.
In this role, you will work directly with Polish-speaking business clients and agencies to help them maximize their digital marketing ROI, scale their online presence, and build long-term commercial partnerships. Your Role

• Manage a portfolio of business accounts and marketing agencies through inbound inquiries and outbound consultative sales calls.
  
• Identify growth potential and propose tailored digital marketing and advertising strategies to meet client objectives.
  
• Guide advertisers through campaign setup, launch, tracking, and continuous performance optimization.
  
• Analyze campaign analytics and metrics to proactively recommend ROI improvements and upselling opportunities.
  
• Act as a trusted commercial advisor, aligning advertising tools with client business goals.
  
• Maintain pipeline integrity, CRM records, and accurate sales forecasting.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional technical and product teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.
  

Your Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Polish (written and spoken).
  
• Strong professional working proficiency in English.
  
• Proven experience in B2B sales, account management, tele-sales, or target-driven environments.
  
• Solid interest in or understanding of digital marketing, PPC, social ads, or online advertising ecosystems.
  
• Excellent negotiation, active listening, and relationship-building abilities.
  
• Confident managing a business portfolio independently to achieve defined sales quotas.
  
• Valid full-time work authorization for Greece.
  

The Offer

• Contract & Location: Permanent employment contract, full-time on-site in Athens, Greece.
  
• Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, standard business hours (e.g., 10:00–18:00 winter / 11:00–19:00 summer, weekends off).
