AI Programmer/Developer

The AI Programmer will design, develop, and implement Artificial Intelligence solutions that improve business operations, increase productivity, and support strategic decision-making. The AI Programmer will be responsible for creating AI applications, developing intelligent automation solutions, integrating AI technologies with existing business systems, and supporting the organization's digital transformation initiatives. Strong programming skills, experience with AI technologies, and a passion for solving business challenges through innovative technology solutions.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

 

AI Application Development

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-powered applications and tools.
• Build custom AI agents, assistants, and automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain AI models and workflows.
• Optimize AI system performance, accuracy, and efficiency.

 

Programming & Software Development

• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code.
• Develop integrations between AI platforms and business systems.
• Create APIs and services that support AI functionality.
• Participate in application architecture and technical design decisions.

 

Data Management & Analytics

• Prepare, clean, and organize data for AI applications.
• Develop solutions that analyze and interpret business data.
• Create reporting and visualization tools that support decision-making.
• Support predictive analytics and forecasting initiatives.

 

Automation & Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities to automate manual business processes.
• Develop intelligent workflows using AI and automation technologies.
• Improve efficiency by reducing repetitive tasks and streamlining operations.
• Collaborate with departments to understand business requirements and deliver effective solutions.

 

AI Governance & Security

• Follow company standards regarding data privacy and cybersecurity.
• Ensure AI solutions are developed responsibly and ethically.
• Maintain documentation of AI systems, processes, and configurations.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.

 

Collaboration & Support

• Work closely with IT, Operations, Engineering, Finance, and other departments.
• Provide technical support for AI applications.
• Assist in training users on AI tools and best practices.
• Stay current on emerging AI technologies and industry trends.

 

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Equivalent experience may be considered.

Experience

• 2+ years of software development experience preferred.
• Experience working with Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning technologies.
• Experience developing business applications and system integrations.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
