ESC-FP&A Specialist

The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative people around the world.

You would be expected to:

• Support AOP, strategic planning, forecasting, consolidation, system loads, and data tie-outs.
• Analyze financial and operational performance, including P&L, working capital, KPIs, trends, risks, opportunities, and key business drivers.
• Develop and maintain financial models, dashboards, reports, and analytical tools for forecasting, scenario analysis, and business decision-making.
• Prepare standardized management reporting and executive-level presentations covering actuals, forecasts, plans, and strategic priorities.
• Support month-end close, in-month performance management, and reporting processes to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.

 

Your Skills and Expertise 
 To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• CA/CA -Inter/ CMA/ CMA -Inter/ MBA qualified with 4 to 6 years relevant experience
• 2 to 3 years of Experience with Power BI, SQL, and analytics tools in finance or supply chain environments.
• Understanding of key supply chain finance concepts, including gross margin, absorption, yield, productivity, and PPV.

• Strong analytical skills with a passion for solving business problems using data.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Self- motivated with a proactive approach to learning and contributing to the team.
• Drive process improvement through standardization, simplification, automation, digital tools, and AI-enabled analytics.

 

Work Location: Hebbal, Bangalore (Karnataka), Hybrid Mode
