Our IT department is diverse, strategic, and innovative focusing on patients, community, clinicians, outcome, safety, and quality. It's an exciting time at SolutionHealth as we continue to advance our technology platforms.

About the Job:

The Manager, Integration & Enterprise Imaging, is responsible for leading the delivery, support, and continuous improvement of enterprise integration services and enterprise imaging platforms across the organization. This includes oversight of system integrations/interfaces as well as the infrastructure and platforms supporting radiology, PACS, and imaging workflows.

This role serves as a technical and operational leader, responsible for evaluating, analyzing, designing, implementing, and supporting both integration and imaging solutions. The incumbent partners with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to ensure systems are highly available, performant, and aligned to organizational needs. The Manager oversees the infrastructure used to store, retrieve, and distribute medical images. Managers must lead with a strong service mindset, disciplined execution, and clear accountability. Managers are responsible for fostering stable, engaged, and high-performing teams; reinforcing shared operating standards; and ensuring work is delivered in alignment with organizational values, governance, and patient-centered outcomes. This role operates as a critical leadership bridge between strategy and execution, connecting vision to frontline delivery through effective people leadership, service management, and partnerships.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead assigned services, applications, platforms, and teams with clarity, integrity, and accountability in direct support of safe, high-quality patient care and efficient business operations.
  • Own the operational health, reliability, availability, and performance of assigned services, ensuring alignment with portfolio priorities and organizational strategy.

  • Identify and drive opportunities to streamline and automate integration workflows, data exchange processes, and imaging system operations.
  • Optimize interface monitoring, alerting, routing, and error handling to improve reliability, performance, and supportability.
