Restaurant Manager (Stirling)

Our client is looking for a restaurant manager for their key unit in Stirling.

The Role:

Working alongside the owners and kitchen team, you'll help lead the restaurant's daily operation, ensuring that every guest receives a memorable experience from arrival to departure.

You'll have the opportunity to influence standards, develop the team and contribute to the continued success of a business where quality and consistency are fundamental to everything it does.

We're looking for someone who leads by example, takes pride in their surroundings and understands how the smallest details can make the biggest difference to a guest's experience.

What we are looking for:

• Experience in a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Restaurant Manager or Senior Restaurant Supervisor position.
• A background in quality-focused restaurants, boutique hotels or establishments operating to Rosette-level standards.
• A genuine enthusiasm for food, wine and delivering attentive, personalised service.
• The confidence to lead, motivate and support a team in a hands-on environment.
• High standards of presentation, organisation and attention to detail.
• A positive, professional approach and the ability to build strong relationships with both guests and colleagues.
