Senior Facilities Manager - Corporate Accounts

Wir suchen für unseren Standort in Düsseldorf einen erfahrenen Senior Facilities Manager zur Betreuung komplexer Facility Management (FM) Konten und anspruchsvoller Kunden.

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Hauptansprechpartner für hochkarätige, standortübergreifende Kundenkonten
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung maßgeschneiderter FM-Strategien
• Management von Service Level Agreements (SLAs) und Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Pflege starker Beziehungen zu C-Level-Führungskräften
• Leitung eines Teams zur Erbringung außergewöhnlicher FM-Dienstleistungen
• Verwaltung großer, komplexer Budgets
• Implementierung von Innovationen und digitalen Lösungen

Ihr Profil:

• Master-Abschluss in Facility Management, Betriebswirtschaft oder verwandtem Bereich
• Mindestens 10 Jahre Erfahrung im Facility Management, davon 5 Jahre in der Betreuung komplexer Konten
• Fließend in Deutsch und Englisch
• Exzellente Verhandlungs- und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeiten
• Expertise in Finanzmanagement und Kostenoptimierung
• Erfahrung mit FM-Software und Datenanalyse-Tools
