What would you do? • You will be aligned with our Finance Operations vertical and will be helping us in determining financial outcomes by collecting operational data reports, whilst conducting analysis and reconciling transactions. • Financial planning reporting variance analysis budgeting and forecasting • Financial planning and analysis (FP&A) refers to the processes designed to help organizations accurately plan, forecast, and budget to support the company s major business decisions and future financial health. • These processes include planning, budgeting, forecasting, scenario modeling, and performance reporting.
What are we looking for? • • Primary skill - Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) • • CA or CMA or MBA in Finance, CPA • • Power Bl ,SAP-HANA, SAP • • Business Development
Roles and Responsibilities: • • Domain Expertise in Controllership Strategic Finance RTR FP&A • • Experience in period end close • • Ability to manage annual planning budgeting and forecasting and generate business insights • • Good understanding of P&L Balance Sheet and Cash Flow all three financial statements • • Good knowledge of accounting financial and operational principles • • Experience in developing financial reports and metrics • • Knowledge of IFRS Accounting Standards specifically IFRS 15 and IFRS 16 • • Ability to manage a team of 50 plus • • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a changing fast paced environment • • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with senior business counterparts • • Excellent proficiency in MS Office • • Experience in managing and driving projects across the business • • Change advocacy • • Ability to manage senior stakeholders and CXO communities • • Transformation mindset to drive improvement initiatives • • Experience working in a third party culture • • Willingness to work in flexible and night shifts • • Transition experience
