Join our team as a Dietary Sever at The Neighborhoods of White Lake!

What You'll Do:

• Serve delicious meals to our residents, ensuring every dining experience is a delight.
• Work closely with our culinary team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
• Assist in meal preparation and presentation, making sure everything looks as good as it tastes!
• Build meaningful relationship with residents and their families while providing exceptional service.

What We're Looking For:

• A friendly and upbeat personality that loves working with people.
• Strong communication skills and a team player attitude.
• A passion for food and nutrition
• Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays
• Availability in the AM from (6:30 am to 2:30 pm) or PM (4pm to 8 pm)

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred. 
• On-the-job training provided, previous experience in food service preferred. 
• Previous experience working in long-term care or with the geriatric population preferred.
