Responsibilities:
Processing and follow up the offers and orders, taking into account the commercial and contractual framework conditions.
Interface between customers and the various internal departments (European headquarters in Germany).
Manage customer complaints, respond to requests within a defined time (documentation, information, etc.).
Modernize of procedures with continuous improvement and digitalization.
Update databases in the ERP (creation and management) such as customer accounts and prices.
Manage local warehouse: analysis and adjustment of the replenishment order point, management of replenishment and purchase orders, control of expiry dates with the FIFO method, participation in inventory and analysis of discrepancies.
Analyse internal metrics through activity reports.
Qualifications:
Sense of customer service, responsiveness, flexibility and team spirit.
Proficiency level of English (B2 / ideally C1) and knowledge of Spanish (B1 / ideally B2).
Communicate easily, in an international environment and cultural diversity (the official language of the Group is English)
Proficient in computer software (Microsoft Office: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, Copilot), knowledge of an ERP and CRM.
