This is a full-time, seasonal role beginning August 2026. Starting wage for this role is $17.50/hour. Staff accommodation is available.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake products for the dining room, employee dining room, and coffee shop.

• Create and assist with pastry and dessert features for the dining room and bar.

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all baking, preparation, and storage areas.

• Inspect equipment and work areas for safety or maintenance concerns and report issues to the supervisor.

• Assist with food preparation and room setup for special events, meetings, conferences, and banquets as needed.

• Provide exceptional service and support to guests and team members.

• Support kitchen operations by performing a variety of tasks and collaborating across teams as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 1+ years of baking or pastry production experience required.

• Patisserie, Culinary Arts, or related training is considered an asset.

• Knowledge of food costing, inventory control, and waste management practices.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong commitment to food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering a quality guest experience.
