Description
EMEA Consultant / Sr. Consultant (UK, Spain Preferred)
Purpose
Kotter EMEA is a small, entrepreneurial team evolving from start-up to scale-up. We’re seeking a results-driven senior consultant to help enable this next phase of growth.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for delivering solutions that help us scale client work, business development and team collaboration. You’ll operate with a high degree of autonomy—working creatively and proactively with a lean EMEA team, supported by a broader North American organisation.
There isn’t a fixed playbook—yet. This role is ideal for someone comfortable with ambiguity and motivated to build, shape, and define how the work gets done. As the organisation continues to grow, there will be opportunities to take on broader responsibilities across client delivery, business development, and operations.
We offer a collaborative environment, meaningful client impact, and strong opportunities for growth, along with competitive compensation.
Kotter International was founded by John Kotter after many decades of teaching at Harvard Business School. The firm continues to advance research, consulting, and training on leadership and organisational change. We are a group of passionate professionals from many walks of organisational life—big corporates, NGOs, consulting, academia, and nimble start-ups. We want to continue to grow our impact on the world, share what we have learned through research and practice to help “millions leading, billions benefiting.”
