Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and develop a team of Workforce Administration professionals, fostering a high-performance culture focused on service excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Provide day-to-day leadership, guidance, and support to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality Workforce Administration services.
Set clear performance objectives, monitor progress against goals, conduct regular performance reviews, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Identify capability gaps and development opportunities, creating and executing development plans to enhance team effectiveness.
Manage team capacity, workload allocation, resource planning, and prioritization to ensure service levels and business objectives are achieved.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment that encourages knowledge sharing, innovation, and employee engagement.
Workforce Administration Service Delivery
Oversee the end-to-end delivery of Workforce Administration services across the assigned region, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and operational excellence.
Act as the primary escalation point for complex Workforce Administration matters, ensuring timely investigation, resolution, and stakeholder communication.
Ensure adherence to global policies, local legislation, internal controls, and audit requirements related to Workforce Administration activities.
Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Local Work Instructions (LWIs), standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
Monitor service delivery performance through KPIs, SLAs, quality metrics, and operational dashboards, taking corrective action where required.
Analyze workforce administration trends, service performance data, and operational metrics to identify opportunities for improvement and risk mitigation.
Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to optimize operational performance, workforce effectiveness, and employee experience.
Lead continuous improvement, standardization, and automation initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and scalability of Workforce Administration services.
Identify, assess, and manage operational, compliance, and service delivery risks, ensuring appropriate mitigation and escalation where necessary.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant employment legislation, HR practices, and industry trends, recommending changes to processes and controls as required.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Management
Partner closely with the Global Workforce Administration Service Delivery Lead, PSX, Payroll, People Partners, Finance, Technology, and other key stakeholders to deliver seamless HR operations.
Build and maintain strong relationships across regional and global stakeholder groups, acting as a trusted advisor on Workforce Administration processes and service delivery matters.
Collaborate with internal and external partners on system implementations, enhancements, testing activities, and process transformation initiatives.
Support governance and service review forums by preparing operational reports, presentations, performance analysis, and improvement recommendations.
Ensure compliance with local employment legislation, tax, social security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements within the supported countries.
Promote a customer-first mindset, ensuring an exceptional employee and manager experience across all Workforce Administration interactions.
What We Are Looking For
Experience
Proven experience leading and developing teams within a Workforce Administration, HR Operations, Shared Services, or Global Business Services environment.
Demonstrated experience managing Workforce Administration processes within a multinational or global organization.
Experience managing service delivery through KPIs, SLAs, quality measures, and governance frameworks.
Experience driving operational excellence, process improvement, standardization, and transformation initiatives.
Experience working with HR technology platforms, preferably Workday, ServiceNow, SAP
Knowledge and Skills
Strong understanding of Workforce Administration processes across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, job changes, employee data management, offboarding, and payroll-related transactions.
Knowledge of employment legislation, HR compliance requirements, and best practices across multiple jurisdictions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and implement effective solutions.
Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, manage change, and lead teams through transformation.
Proactive, resilient, and results-oriented, demonstrating an “Own It” mindset.

Language Requirements
Fluent written and spoken English is essential.
Additional Asian language capabilities would be advantageous.
