Description
We’re looking for a skilled MIG & TIG Welder to join our team in a steady, production-focused environment. This role involves welding and assembling metal parts using established procedures and fixtures to ensure consistency and quality. If you’re reliable, detail-oriented, and prefer predictable, hands-on work, we’d like to hear from you.

- Minimum 2 years of MIG & TIG welding experience.
- Ability to read and understand shop drawings and work instructions.
- Comfortable performing consistent, production welding.
- Willingness to learn and work well with others.
- Able to follow written and spoken instructions in English.
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Robotic welding experience is an asset, but not required (training opportunities available).
Employment Details:
- Work Environment: Fast-paced production setting with repetitive tasks.
- Shift: Afternoon shift - Monday to Thursday, 4:15 PM to 2:15 AM (40 hours per week).
- Schedule Perk: Every Friday off (no rotating shifts).
- Pay: CA$22 - CA$26 per hour (hourly rate based on experience and weld test.).
- Additional $1.50/hour night‑shift premium for all hours worked on the Monday - Thursday afternoon shift (4:15 PM - 2:15 AM).
- Benefits: Available after probation period
