This position focuses on light industrial site development projects. The ideal candidate will have 5-10+ years of site civil design experience, strong Civil 3D skills, and familiarity with local permitting.
This is a full-time, on-site, direct hire opportunity.
Job Responsibilities:

Design and prepare site plans for paving, drainage, utilities, and grading

Manage and coordinate permitting with local agencies

Work closely with internal teams (survey, project management, construction)

Communicate with external consultants and contractors to ensure timely project delivery
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent relevant experience

5-10 years of relevant civil/site design experience

Strong understanding of in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, MS Excel

Experience with local regulations and permitting processes

Strong organizational and communication skills
