Position Details:
FTE: 1.0, 40 hours/week
Shift: M-F, Days
Location: La Crosse, WI
Work Type: Hybrid, with some on-site presence required and the ability to work from home
Starting Salary: $74,443.20 + more for experience.

Position Summary:
Emplify Health is seeking a self-driven Program Manager to support Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and Surgery. This is a brand new role with room to grow and the opportunity to help shape future operational programs. The ideal candidate will be someone who naturally looks for opportunities, digs into data, identifies financial efficiencies, and helps drive improvements across surgical and procedural services.
This role serves as a member of the leadership team and contributes to the organization’s strategic, financial, and operational goals. The Program Manager will oversee budgets, support supply and equipment management, analyze data and variances, and help guide cost-effective decision-making. This position will also play a key role in evaluating and implementing future ITDS-type programs, including potential supply management system improvements.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, prepare, and monitor operational and capital budgets for perioperative departments
Analyze financial and operational data to support decision-making, ROI reviews, and variance reporting
Identify cost savings opportunities through product trend monitoring, pricing review, and vendor negotiations
Oversee procurement, inventory management, and equipment purchasing for surgical and procedural services
Facilitate new product evaluations, product conversions, and implementation of supply and technology changes
Collaborate with Biomed, Coding/Billing, and enterprise partners to support equipment maintenance, charge capture, and operational alignment
Prepare and present reports, cost-benefit analyses, and recommendations to support business and operational planning
What you’ll need:
Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, finance, or a related field. Master’s degree in Healthcare Administration or Business Administration (MBA) desired.
3 to 5 years of experience in a healthcare or business leadership role required. Experience working with business plans and quality improvement projects.
Healthcare experience a plus.
Ability to work on-site in La Crosse, WI on a weekly basis.
