Role Overview
Join Knight Frank Malaysia's Research & Consultancy team to deliver market research, feasibility studies and strategic advisory services for a wide range of real estate projects. You will provide market insights and recommendations to support clients' investment and development decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct market research, feasibility studies and property market analysis.
- Prepare consultancy reports, market assessments and investment recommendations.
- Analyse market trends, economic data and property performance.
- Liaise with clients, government agencies and industry stakeholders.
- Attend site visits and client meetings as required.
- Support proposal preparation, business development and market publications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in property consultancy, market research or a related field.
- Strong analytical, report writing and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
- Willing to travel for site visits and client meetings when required.
