We're looking for a compassionate, organized, and energetic Patient Care Coordinator to join our growing dental team. If you're passionate about helping patients, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy keeping things running smoothly, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and build the schedule through outbound calls
- Handle insurance claims, accounts receivable, and patient inquiries
- Coordinate front desk operations while providing exceptional customer service
- Work with urgency, efficiency, and a team-first attitude
Qualifications
- Previous dental administration experience is required
- Strong dental knowledge, including insurance and treatment coordination
- Excellent multitasking, organizational, and communication skills
- Friendly, professional, and confident with the public
- Must be willing to work business hours
- Part-time or full-time opportunity available
Schedule
Monday–Thursday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM – 2:00 PM
