Description
Your Responsibilities
- Provide project assistance for all real estate design-related tasks and support the Head of the RealEstate Department
- • Manage design aspects, including test fits, interior fit-outs, furnishings, and key concepts for all GUS brands worldwide
- Manage and coordinate projects from concept development to planning, permits, IFCs, design,construction, and final delivery
- Create 2D and 3D visualizations, along with all project-related materials
- Maintain, manage and implement all project data in our real estate software platform, support team as needed
- Prepare and deliver project pitch presentations
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure seamless collaboration
- Handle phone calls, inquiries, and requests, responding appropriately when needed
- Organize and maintain schedules, appointments, and diaries efficiently
Your profile
- Graduate degree in Architecture or Interior Design
- 4-8 years of experience in designing commercial, education, or hospitality spaces
- Open to Architects or Project Managers with experience in the real estate development or design industry
- Enjoys traveling for work
- Proficient in English; German is an advantage
- Strong proficiency in 3d software and rendering- Sketchup, Revit, 3Dmax, Rhino etc.
- Excellent command of 2d software- AutoCAD, Arch job, Revit etc.
- Proficient in Graphic design-Photoshop, illustrator, InDesign etc.
- Ability to plan ahead, set realistic deadlines, and work systematically
- Capable of working independently while maintaining work schedule and deadlines
