Principal Accountabilities:
Documentation, Training Material Preparation, Release Notes , Product Manual preparation and creating content videos
Job Complexity:
● Requires to have knowledge and experience in oracle EBS
● Solves problems and able to take a new perspective using existing solutions
● Works independently with minimal guidance and able to deliver the tasks on time.
● Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience and provide informal guidance to junior staff.
● Represents the level at which career may stabilize for many years or even until retirement
● Contributes to process improvements and has excellent written skills.
● Collaborate with stakeholders in order to gain required information and requirement details and able to document the same into user training format.
Experience / Education:
• Has minimum 6 - 8 years of experience in IT Sector/Oracle EBS.
• Excellent Oral & Written communication Skills.
• Experience in preparing Release Notes, Product Documentation and
conducting trainings.
• Preferably someone who has worked in Training Division (Training material
preparation).
• Good Knowledge in Oracle EBS.
