Regional Safety Manager – Southeast Region
Location: Preferred in Dallas, TX; San Antonio, TX or Houston, TX
Territory: TX, LA, OK, TN, AL, MS, AR
Travel: Approximately 50%

We are seeking an experienced Regional Safety Manager to lead Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) initiatives across our Southeast Region. This role is responsible for driving a culture of safety excellence, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with operations leaders and field teams.
The ideal candidate is a strategic and hands-on safety professional who is passionate about protecting employees, identifying risks before incidents occur, and creating sustainable safety programs. Strong communication skills, training experience, project management expertise, and the ability to influence teams at all levels are critical to success in this role.
What You'll Do
Lead Regional EHS Programs
- Champion a proactive safety culture focused on prevention, risk reduction, and achieving our goal of Zero Incidents.
- Stay current on industry trends, regulatory requirements, and best practices to continually improve safety performance.
- Develop and implement EHS programs, policies, procedures, and standards across the region.
- Partner with operational leaders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and standardization.
Training & Development
- Design, deliver, and support safety training programs for field and facility employees.
- Develop regional safety resources and provide ongoing coaching to managers and employees.
- Facilitate safety meetings, workshops, and compliance-related training initiatives.
Compliance & Auditing
- Conduct comprehensive facility and field EHS audits.
- Develop corrective action plans and collaborate with operations teams to ensure timely completion.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on OSHA, EPA, DOT, and other applicable federal and state regulations.
- Manage OSHA investigations, inspections, and citations within the assigned region.
- Monitor reporting practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Incident Management & Reporting
- Lead incident and injury investigations, including root cause analysis and corrective action planning.
- Document incidents and findings within the company's EHS management system.
- Analyze safety metrics and trends to identify key risk areas and drive targeted improvement efforts.
- Prepare reports for senior leadership and regulatory agencies, including OSHA and other required reporting.
What We're Looking For
Education
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
Certifications (Preferred)
- Certified Safety Professional (CSP)
- Associate Safety Professional (ASP)
- Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST)
Experience
- 5+ years of safety leadership experience in manufacturing, construction, distribution, warehousing, or other general industry environments.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA, and DOT regulations.
- Experience conducting audits, investigations, and developing corrective action plans.
- Proven ability to influence organizational change and build strong partnerships across teams.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Physical Requirements
Work is performed in a combination of office, warehouse, distribution and field environments. This role requires the ability to walk through operational facilities, navigate warehouse and production areas, climb stairs, and occasionally travel between work locations.
The position may require standing, walking, bending, reaching, crouching, and lifting or carrying materials weighing up to 25 pounds on an occasional basis. Employees must be able to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) and safely access active work environments while conducting inspections, audits, investigations, and training activities.
Work also requires regular use of a computer and other office technology, including inputting, retrieving, and analyzing information within various software systems. Extended periods of sitting, computer use, and communication via phone or video conferencing may be required.
Compensation Range:
$90,000.00 - $135,000.00To comply with Pay Transparency laws, employers must disclose an annual salary range. Actual offers depend on factors such as location, experience, skills, and market data. This position may also offer variable compensation.
