The Divorce Lawyers – Cabanas Law Firm is seeking a highly accomplished, proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-moving executive environment. You will work directly with the CEO to organize priorities, accelerate decision-making, coordinate high-impact projects, and ensure critical commitments move from conversation to completion.
The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, financially fluent, technologically confident, and always two steps ahead. You know how to protect an executive’s time, manage competing priorities, handle sensitive information with discretion, and communicate professionally with leaders, employees, vendors, and external partners.
