Job Family Summary:

The Shift Electrician Technician belongs to the Production, Service & Transportation (PST) job family. This job family is responsible for the physical creation and transportation of our products, ensuring they reach our consumers in perfect condition.

Job Description:

As a Shift Electrician Technician, you will be responsible for the electrical maintenance and operational support of our packing lines, which handle a variety of products. This role is integral to our production process, ensuring the efficient and reliable operation of both manual and automated (machine and robot-assisted) packing systems. The Shift Electrician will act as a System Owner or Equipment Owner for their designated area, actively participating in a team environment to achieve production goals ensuring the quality of our products, and contributing to a safe and efficient working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform electrical troubleshooting, repair, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of packing equipment, including conveyors, labeling machines, packaging machines, and robotic systems.
• Diagnose and resolve electrical issues related to Rockwell Automation PLCs, including programming and troubleshooting.
• Work with Allen-Bradley (AB) Frequency Inverters, including setup, troubleshooting, and replacement.
• Identify and replace faulty electrical panel components, demonstrating the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical manuals.
• Troubleshoot and maintain pneumatic circuits as they relate to packing equipment.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments to optimize production processes and minimize downtime.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.

Job Qualifications

• Saudi National
• Diploma or Bachelor
• Willing to work on a shifting schedule.
• Display strong technical, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Arabic or/and English language
