Provides timely and accurate information to space systems supporting resource allocations and indirect cost negotiations. Produces and updates computerized space allocation drawings. Manages all drawing and data updates. Supports complex departmental and enterprise projects.Job Description
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintains accurate data in the space system and creates manual reports at the end of each fiscal year.
- Maintains all construction documents, drawings, spec. books, maintenance manuals, as-built drawings and all project related correspondence.
- Assists consultants, contractors, architects and engineers in retrieving archived project drawings; verifies renovated space, new construction and newly acquired space as needed; and prepares room numbering for all new construction and renovation projects.
- Coordinates special projects (i.e., WashU maps, Community Unit Plan, planning boards, etc.).
- Conducts field verification audits and quarterly department reviews and performs other duties as assigned.
