Caregiver Responsibilities
As a caregiver with Visiting Angels Philadelphia, you'll provide compassionate, non-medical home care services that help seniors remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Preparing nutritious meals
- Light housekeeping and laundry
- Medication reminders
- Transportation to appointments and errands
- Grocery shopping and other errands
- Mobility and transfer assistance
- Supporting clients with daily routines
- Documenting care provided and communicating with the care team

What We're Looking For
We're searching for dependable, compassionate individuals who genuinely enjoy caring for others.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Previous caregiving, home care, CNA, HHA, or personal care experience preferred
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license and current auto insurance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to pass a background check
- Authorized to work in the United States
