So we are looking for Outsystems Software Engineer to join who will help us shaping and grow our e- commerce in our MyAccount & Selfservice.

Your role

We are looking for a Senior Outsystems Software Engineer. In this role, you’ll be a sparring partner for business, helping translate needs into robust, scalable applications working in the MyAccount & Selfservice team. We are looking for someone with a strong product mindset who can balance technical excellence with customer and business impact  

Things that will keep you busy:  

  • Designing, developing, and deploying scalable OutSystems applications for the MyAccount & Selfservice team 

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with product owners, business stakeholders, architects and other engineers to achieve elegant solutions  

  • Integrating apps with third-party services and internal systems, APIs, such as CRM  

  • Monitoring and optimizing performance for high-quality, efficient apps  

  • Ensuring code quality and compliance with company standards through code reviews and mentorship  

  • Working cross-functionally with business and tech teams to shape solutions  

Your team

In the MyAccount & Selfservice team, we have full end-to-end ownership on our Selfservice functionality My Account, where customers can see their history with Kramp and submit, view and edit Orders, Complaints, Cancelations, Returns and much more. We work within a customer journey approach, where each team is responsible for distinct stages such as awareness, findability, assortment, pricing, checkout, and purchase decisions. Our experimentation culture empowers us to run experiments and pilot innovative ideas directly on our platform, ensuring we can quickly validate and deliver value to our customers. The team is a mix of Backend Java Engineers and Outsystems engineers.

Who are you?  

  • A Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant field

  • At least 5 years of experience as a Software Developer  and ideally minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with OutSystems  

  • OutSystems certification (Professional or Expert) is a strong plus  

  • Bonus if you bring C#, REST, GraphQL, HTML5, or CSS3 knowledge  

  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, and security best practices for web/mobile apps  

  • Excellent English skills - both written and spoken  

  • Experience with ODC is an advantage  

  • Knowledge of security best practices for web and mobile applications will be an advantage.
