Overview
The Implementation Consultant I supports the successful delivery of client websites by bridging the gap between onboarding, implementation, quality control, and ongoing support. This position completes website implementation and QC assignments accurately, consistently, and within established deadlines. The role shifts between implementation and quality-control responsibilities based on project volume and business priorities. The Implementation Consultant I collaborates with Project Management, domestic and offshore implementation and QC teams, and other internal partners to facilitate smooth handoffs, resolve issues, and deliver high-quality websites on time. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, adaptable, organized, receptive to feedback, and capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Complete assigned website implementation and QC work according to established deadlines, processes, and quality standards.
- Review websites and related deliverables for accuracy, completeness, consistency, functionality, and overall quality.
- Identify errors, missing information, configuration issues, and opportunities for improvement before websites advance to the next stage.
- Balance implementation and QC assignments as team priorities, project volumes, and workloads change.
- Manage multiple projects, assignments, and competing deadlines effectively.
- Adjust focus quickly when urgent work, escalations, or new business priorities arise.
- Collaborate with Project Management, WIS/QC IN, and other internal teams to support smooth project handoffs and timely website implementations.
- Communicate project risks, questions, obstacles, and potential delays promptly to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Work effectively with offshore team members and provide clear, respectful, constructive, and actionable feedback.
- Help offshore partners improve quality by identifying recurring issues, clarifying requirements, and communicating expectations.
- Verify that assigned requirements have been completed correctly before final delivery or handoff.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and follow established workflows, procedures, and reporting requirements.
- Support process improvements that reduce rework, improve quality, and increase implementation efficiency.
- Learn and apply new platforms, tools, technologies, processes, and quality requirements as business needs evolve.
- Accept coaching and feedback positively and incorporate it into future work.
- Work independently while contributing to shared team goals and delivery commitments.
Qualifications
Required Knowledge and Skills
- Two or more years of website implementation, digital production, quality control, or related experience.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Strong understanding of English grammar, spelling, punctuation, and sentence structure.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated commitment to quality.
- Ability to review websites for content accuracy, consistency, completeness, and functionality.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and competing priorities simultaneously.
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, critical-thinking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced and changing environment.
- Ability to shift focus quickly when urgent assignments or priorities arise.
- Ability to identify, document, and communicate risks, errors, and potential delays.
