High Net Worth (HNW) Producer
Job Summary
Seeking experienced and driven HNW Producers to join a team. This role focuses on targeting true HNW individuals, ideally with a background in family office environments, to deliver tailored insurance solutions. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a dedicated team and contribute to the growth of a specialized division.
Compensation Package
- Base Salary: Competitive, commensurate with experience.
- Commission Structure: Similar to Commercial Lines producers, with a typical two-year validation period (extendable to three years for exceptional candidates).

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with High Net Worth individuals and families, with a focus on true private client business.
- Identify and target potential clients, leveraging expertise in family office environments and HNW markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and deliver customized insurance solutions tailored to client needs.
- Manage a portfolio of accounts, with average revenue ranging from $1,000 to $10,000 per account.
- Drive new business growth while maintaining and expanding existing client relationships.
- Stay informed about industry trends and market developments to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Certifications: CPRIA and P&C licenses are required.
- Experience: Proven track record in HNW insurance sales, with a strong understanding of private client business and family office dynamics.
