What You'll Do
As a Weekend Referral Coordinator you will
- Eestablish, maintain, monitor patient and caregiver schedule to ensure compliance to physician orders, performed visits, and received documentation.
- You will be responsible for providing clerical support for the Nursing Supervisor.
- Field incoming telephone calls, assess importance and either handles the matter or refers to the appropriate resource.
- Monitor and process documentation of visits to patients being serviced by the VNA.
Weekend Referral Coordinator Requirements:
- Intake experience a plus
- Home Health experience a plus
- Scheduling/Coordinating Employee scheduled a plus
- Medical Office experience a plus
