Job Purpose

To support the planning, implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of sustainability and biodiversity initiatives across the Group's landscape developments.

The role ensures landscape projects align with the Company's ESG commitments, environmental regulations, biodiversity conservation objectives, and sustainable development practices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in implementing the Group's sustainability and biodiversity strategies for landscape developments.
  • Coordinate biodiversity enhancement initiatives, including habitat restoration, native plant conservation, and ecological improvement programmes.
  • Conduct site inspections, biodiversity assessments, and environmental monitoring to evaluate landscape performance.
  • Collect, compile, analyse, and maintain sustainability and biodiversity data for ESG reporting and internal performance monitoring.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and government agencies on sustainability-related landscape initiatives.
  • Support the preparation of sustainability reports, presentations, technical papers, and documentation for audits and certifications.
  • Monitor compliance with environmental regulations, biodiversity equirements, and sustainability standards applicable to landscape projects.
  • Assist in developing landscape guidelines and best practices that promote ecological resilience and sustainable landscape management.
  • Participate in environmental awareness programmes, stakeholder engagement activities, and corporate sustainability initiatives.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the Management from time to time.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Forestry Science or a related

discipline.

Experience

  • 1–3 years of relevant working experience in landscape, sustainability, biodiversity, environmental management, or related fields.
  • Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic understanding of ESG principles and sustainability reporting.
  • Knowledge of biodiversity conservation, ecological restoration, and native planting.
  • Familiarity with environmental legislation and sustainability certification frameworks is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of landscape design and maintenance practices is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good report writing and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of GIS, AutoCAD, or related environmental mapping software is an added advantage.
