As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic technology location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment for employees and visitors. This driving post requires a valid driver’s license. You will provide exceptional customer service, communicate clearly, and use technology to document activities while reflecting Allied Universal’s values of agility, reliability, innovation, teamwork, care, and integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and vendors at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe visitor, employee, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Document observations, incidents, and patrol activities accurately and communicate relevant information to site leadership and Allied Universal supervision.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
