Job Description
The Manager, People ZBB (Zero-Based Budgeting) is a key role to support the company's efforts to deliver budgetary commitments on people costs ($1B in spend) including salary, benefits, recruitment, training, etc. The position will work across the HR and Finance organization to improve and optimize purchase order processes, support monthly forecast builds and financial routines, and spearhead financial training initiatives for HR stakeholders and perform ad hoc analyses.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with finance and human resources to build the bottoms-up U.S. People Budget
Partner with BU CFO & CPO and leading monthly discussions, presenting BU Results for People Spend.
Foster and maintain relationships with human resource and finance stakeholders, enhancing existing processes and providing visibility into forecasting trends
Prepare monthly full year forecast builds
Key contributor in monthly accounting close process and performing analytical review on financial results to ensure spend is accurately reflected
Ad hoc analysis, process improvement projects, and financial training creation for HR stakeholders
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and min of 4+ years of Finance/Accounting experience, MBA preferred
Advanced in Microsoft Excel
Ability to work well and influence across functional teams and handle confidential information
Prior experience in FP&A
Working knowledge of Business Intelligence and SAP preferred
Motivated self-starter who can manage multiple priorities, is detail oriented, and continuously seeks creative solutions
Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$104,200.00 - $130,200.00Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
