What You'll Do
As a Lead Commercial Construction Plumber, you will lead commercial plumbing projects while ensuring quality workmanship, efficiency, safety, and exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities include:
- Lead construction plumbing projects and coordinate daily job responsibilities
- Provide guidance and support to plumbing helpers and team members
- Install commercial plumbing systems according to blueprints, specifications, and building codes
- Interpret blueprints and construction documents to determine plumbing layouts
- Install piping, drainage systems, fixtures, valves, and plumbing equipment
- Work with contractors, construction teams, electricians, and other trades to complete projects
- Assemble and install plumbing fittings, valves, and components
- Make necessary modifications to plumbing systems based on project requirements
- Select appropriate plumbing materials based on project needs, specifications, and budget
- Troubleshoot plumbing issues and identify effective solutions
- Ensure work is completed according to project specifications, timelines, and quality standards
- Maintain proper stock of tools, parts, and safety equipment
- Organize and document materials and equipment needed for assigned projects
- Complete work efficiently while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards
- Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, teammates, and leadership
- Follow all safety procedures and company standards

Lead Commercial Construction Plumber Qualifications
- Commercial plumbing construction experience preferred
- Experience leading plumbing projects preferred
- Knowledge of piping systems, drainage, water, sewer, and gas systems
- Ability to install fixtures, valves, fittings, and plumbing components
- Ability to interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver's license
Requirements
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must reside in Tennessee at the time of hire and maintain Tennessee residency throughout employment
