- Shift: Monday-Friday 10:30pm-7:00am, Saturdays as needed
- Expected Pay Range: $20.15 - $22.20
- Bonus: This role may further qualify for supplemental compensation in the form of bonus and incentive programs, contingent upon achieving pre-established individual and company performance metrics.

What You’ll Do
- Operate and monitor production equipment across processes such as drying, freezing, grinding, sifting, and packaging while maintaining safety and efficiency.
- Set up, assemble, disassemble, clean, and sanitize equipment and work areas between production runs.
- Load, unload, transfer, and transport materials and finished products throughout the production process.
- Perform quality checks, including Critical Control Point (CCP) verifications, and identify and escalate product or process issues.
- Follow all safety protocols, including PPE and Lock Out/Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, and participate in safety meetings and training.
- Support team operations by communicating effectively, assisting with training, and preparing for upcoming production needs.
What You’ll Bring
- High school diploma or GED required.
- At least six months of production experience or an equivalent combination of training and experience.
- Basic reading, writing, and math skills, with the ability to accurately track counts, weights, and inventory.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow standard operating procedures, quality standards, and safety guidelines.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team with a positive and accountable approach.
- Forklift experience preferred, and basic computer or ERP system familiarity is a plus.
