About the role
As an SAP MM/PP Functional Analyst, you'll play a key role in designing, optimizing, and supporting SAP Materials Management (MM), Production Planning (PP), Supplier Portal, and SAP Ariba solutions. Working closely with stakeholders across procurement, supply chain, manufacturing, and planning, you'll deliver scalable Procure-to-Pay and Plan-to-Produce solutions that drive operational excellence.
You'll also help shape our SAP roadmap, contribute to our S/4HANA transformation, and support digital procurement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced SAP professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges, collaborating across teams, and driving continuous improvement.
What will your day-to-day look like?
- Design, configure, test, and deploy SAP MM and PP solutions across ECC and S/4HANA environments.
- Partner with business stakeholders to optimize procurement, inventory, production planning, and material management processes.
- Serve as the functional expert for Procure-to-Pay and Plan-to-Produce processes, including purchasing, MRP, production orders, BOMs, routings, and capacity planning.
- Configure and enhance SAP functionality, including master data, purchasing processes, and SAP Ariba integrations.
- Lead solution delivery activities, including requirements gathering, functional design, testing, troubleshooting, data migration, and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to SAP governance, technology roadmaps, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformation initiatives while mentoring junior team members.
What do you need to be successful?
Qualifications You Must Have
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 7+ years of hands-on SAP MM functional experience with strong Procure-to-Pay (P2P) expertise.
- 3+ years of SAP PP experience, including MRP, production planning, BOMs, routings, and shop floor processes.
- Experience configuring SAP MM and PP modules and delivering end-to-end business solutions.
- Knowledge of SAP Ariba integration and cross-functional integration with FI/CO, SD, and EWM.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional workshops.
Qualifications We Prefer
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA, including MM/PP enhancements, MRP Live, MATDOC, and Fiori applications.
- Experience with SAP Ariba solutions, including sourcing, contracts, procurement, or invoicing.
- Familiarity with SAP Activate, Agile methodologies, and ERP modernization or S/4HANA transformation projects.
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, including reviewing ABAP code.
- Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or another complex industrial environment.

The salary range for this role is 101,500 CAD - 151,500 CAD . The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
