Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain production schedules based on forecasts and customer demand.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and proactively address supply risks.
- Monitor shipments and collaborate with logistics partners to support on-time delivery.
- Manage planning reports and maintain accurate data in SAP and MRP systems.
- Analyse capacity, inventory, and supply chain performance to support operational decisions.
- Perform root cause analysis and drive corrective actions for planning and supply issues.
- Support planning projects, process improvements, and supply chain optimisation initiatives.
- Communicate planning updates and collaborate with stakeholders across the business.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in production planning, supply planning, operational buying, or supply chain operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate and prevent issues.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- SAP knowledge is an advantage.
- Logistics or supplier coordination experience is a plus.
