We are seeking a detail-oriented Post-Closing Intake Specialist to monitor our funded loan pipeline and facilitate clear, efficient communication between internal teams and external partners.
In this role, you will manage suspense items, oversee shared mailboxes, and ensure all post-closing inquiries and condition reports are handled accurately and on schedule.
Note: This is a nationwide opportunity with remote flexibility, requiring a designated home workspace and occasional on-site presence as needed.
What you will do:
Monitor the funded pipeline, direct assignments for internal and external suspense items across multiple business lines, and track loans delivered to investors.
Review incoming conditions and inquiries from multiple channels (email, reports, investor portals) and route requests to the appropriate internal groups.
Connect with external partners—including housing finance agencies (HFAs), servicers, and investors—to secure updated review statuses and condition reports.
Generate operational reports for leadership, including investor review turn times, pipeline metrics, and suspense logs. Accurately update systems of record with necessary notes and tracking dates.
Deliver responsive, high-quality service to internal and external partners via phone, email, and instant messaging.
Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and special projects or research initiatives as assigned.
What we are looking for:
1+ years of related professional experience operating in a fast-paced environment, analyzing and interpreting data, and managing professional relationships.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
High School Diploma or GED.
Position Details:
Nationwide opportunity offering remote flexibility with a hybrid requirement for occasional in-office time.
A quiet, dedicated workspace at home with reliable high-speed internet access.
Extended periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
