How you will make history here...
This role is responsible for independently managing critical business processes, leadership operating rhythms, SG&A operational administration, and cross-functional coordination activities that enable effective decision-making and organizational execution. The incumbent exercises independent judgment to prioritize competing business needs, identify operational risks, recommend solutions, and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and effectiveness across the Growth Office.
The position acts as a trusted partner to senior leaders by proactively identifying barriers to execution, improving ways of working, and ensuring organizational priorities are translated into clear actions and outcomes.
The Business Operations Specialist serves as a key business operations partner to the Consumer Experience Leadership Team (CX LT), driving operational effectiveness through leadership support, process ownership, governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership Operations and Executive Enablement
• Serve as the primary operational support partner for designated CX LT leaders, managing leadership operating rhythms, strategic planning activities, meeting governance, and follow-up processes.
• Independently assess competing business priorities and make recommendations regarding scheduling conflicts, resource allocation, issue escalation, and leadership support requirements.
• Develop and maintain executive-level dashboards, action trackers, communication materials, and leadership updates that support decision-making and accountability.
• Monitor progress against key initiatives, identify risks or execution challenges, and proactively recommend solutions to leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional activities involving multiple internal and external stakeholders to drive alignment and execution of business priorities.
SG&A Operations & Financial Administration
• Own operational administration of SG&A-related processes, including purchase order coordination, invoice resolution, vendor support activities, and workflow governance.
• Analyze spending activity, identify operational trends, process gaps, and compliance risks, and recommend corrective actions when appropriate.
• Partner with Finance, Procurement, and business stakeholders to resolve complex operational issues and improve process performance.
• Monitor status of operational transactions and independently determine when escalation or intervention is required to prevent business disruption.
• Support development and maintenance of reporting tools that improve transparency into operational spending activities.
Continuous Improvement
• Lead initiatives that improve organizational productivity, business process effectiveness, and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Analyze operational challenges, identify root causes, and recommend practical solutions that balance business needs, resource requirements, and organizational priorities.
• Develop scalable tools, governance frameworks, and process documentation that improve consistency and operational effectiveness.
• Support special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned by CX LT leadership.
What you bring to the table.... (Must have)
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in business operations, marketing operations, executive operations, project management, finance administration, or a related field.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
• Ability to exercise independent judgment and proactively identify and resolve operational challenges.
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and collaboration/project management tools.
Compensation and Benefits:
The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between
$71,500-$98,300Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
