Support the successful execution of Merger & Acquisition (M&A), divestiture, site transfer, and strategic business transformation projects by coordinating Artwork Operations & MDM activities, tracking milestones, managing project documentation, facilitating stakeholder communication, and ensuring timely delivery of artwork-related commitments.

Job Description

Major Accountabilities

Project Coordination & Governance

  • Support Artwork Operations workstreams within M&A, divestment, and integration projects.

  • Maintain project plans, timelines, action logs, risk registers, and status reports.

  • Coordinate project meetings and document actions, decisions, and follow-ups.

  • Monitor progress against agreed milestones and escalate potential delays or risks.

Artwork Implementation & MDM Management

  • Track artwork change activities related to acquisitions, divestments, product transfers, product launches, line extensions and portfolio expansion projects.

  • Creation and extension of SKU materials and support of Master Data Setup (MDS) and GMDM-related activities.

  • Ensure artwork deliverables are aligned with project timelines and business objectives.

  • Support implementation readiness and execution tracking across multiple markets.

Stakeholder & Communication Management

  • Act as a coordination point between project teams and Artwork Operations, Regulatory and supply chain etc.

  • Prepare project dashboards, management reports, and governance updates.

  • Facilitate information flow among internal and external stakeholders.

  • Support leadership reviews with timely project status updates.

Risk & Compliance Management

  • Maintain project risk and issue logs.

  • Track mitigation actions and support escalation management.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable SOPs, quality standards, and governance requirements.

  • Support audit readiness of project documentation when required.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify opportunities to streamline project tracking and reporting activities.

  • Support implementation of standard project management methodologies, templates, and tools.

  • Contribute to process harmonization and operational excellence initiatives.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Artwork project milestones delivered on time

  • Timely closure of action items

  • Accuracy of project reporting and dashboards

  • Risk identification and escalation effectiveness

  • Stakeholder satisfaction

  • Compliance with governance requirements

  • Support for successful M&A integration activities

Ideal Background

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related discipline.

Experience

  • 2–5 years of experience in Project Coordination, Supply Chain Operations, Artwork Operations, Regulatory Operations, or Business Support.

  • Experience working in cross-functional global teams preferred.

  • Exposure to project management methodologies is advantageous.

Technical Skills

  • Project planning and tracking
