This position will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth running of daily activities at Moskowitz LLP.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee office operations and ensure adherence to company policies.Manage schedules, correspondence, and communications within the office.Coordinate office activities and events, ensuring a productive work environment.Assist in the budgeting and financial management of office supplies and equipment.Support HR functions, including onboarding and maintaining employee records.Serve as the primary point of contact for office-related inquiries.RequirementsProven experience in office management or a similar role.Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Nice to haveExperience in a legal environment is advantageous.Familiarity with project management tools.Certification in office management or administration.
