Attività principali Area Finishing
Titolo di studio preferenziale: Ingegneria dell’Automazione, Meccanica o Industriale
Il/La tirocinante, in affiancamento al tutor e ai responsabili di area, sarà coinvolto/a in attività quali:
- Analizzare e ottimizzare i processi produttivi, individuando nuove opportunità
- Supportare l’introduzione di nuove tecnologie
- Guidare iniziative di miglioramento continuo (Kaizen)
- Supportare i responsabili delle diverse aree nella standardizzazione dei processi, redigendo SOP e OPL
- Gestire il problem solving sui punti critici del processo
- Collaborare con il team di manutenzione per migliorare la disponibilità delle macchine e la qualità del prodotto
- Supporto all’automazione dei processi di finishing
- Collaborazione su sistemi di controllo e ispezione
Competenze richieste:
- Conoscenza base dei sistemi di visione
- Conoscenze di automazione industriale
