Dispatch Executive (Oil and Lubricants)

Executive - Dispatch    (Kindly submit resumes to [email protected])Job Description: Receiving and dispatching orders for products or deliveries. Recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, equipment, and frequency. Establish or monitor specific product supply as per the stock of finished goods. Arranges transportation and forwarding services for all orders to ensure material is delivered as per schedule. Oversee the route of field units and track the delivery status of products. Coordinate schedule / arrange transportation in the most cost-effective manner. Expedites all critical orders with local subcontract vendors. Reviews expediting schedules on all customer orders and forwards information to the planning and sales team. Responsible for all duty customs sales and tax functions, including certification and verification, drawback, and compliance with governmental agencies. Resolve problems concerning transportation, logistics systems, imports or exports, or customer issues. Ensure carrier compliance with company policies or procedures for product transit or delivery. Job Specifications: Any Graduate / Associate Bachelors Degree Diploma in Material Management / Supply Chain Management Should have good interpersonal skills Knowledge of MS-Office is required Should be a good team player Experience: 3-4 Years from Manufacturing Industry Compensation: Gross salary 20-25k per month (Can be variable as per overall candidature) Location: Ambernath  Kindly submit resumes to [email protected] from Manufacturing industries will be an added advantage
