Let’s join us!Responsibilities:Lead and develop the store team through inspiring hands-on management and coachingManage and coach the team into building sustainableClient relationships, ensuring that every client is treated according to the company policyManage and motivate the team to drive the businessCreate a positive work environment, empower the team, encourage innovative solutionsMaximize the potential of all product categories and universes carried in the store, capitalizing on all available support (VM, clienteling, events, etc)Build the client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of customer experience and achieve client repurchase objectivesRequirements:Must possess a minimum Diploma 3 or Bachelor degree2+ years experience in fashion retail industry - medium to luxuryEyes for details, critical and great sense of fashionExcellent ability in team management & developmentRole model on selling and floor management - training and VMAttractive, confident, high level in social and networking skills
