Facility: Tri State Anchor Bld
Department: Wellness Preventative Clinics/Tri State Clinics
Schedule: 20hrs per week. No weekends or holidays
What You Will Do
Delivery of a full continuum of Onsite Injury Prevention Services for a local industrial client. Prevention Services include:- Assessment, triage, and first aid application for workplace injury/discomfort
- Ergonomic risk assessment and implementation of ergonomic solutions
- Design and implementation of functional assessments, preventative exercise and stretching
- Job coaching and behavior modification both one-on-one and in group settings
- Providing education and training on a wide range of injury prevention topics
- Office ergonomics
What You Will Need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Athletic Trainer credentialed from the Indiana Athletic Trainers Board obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
- BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date. American HeartAssociation or American Red Cross accepted required.
Education:
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Master's degree preferred.
