Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – Urgently Hiring

We are currently seeking compassionate and dependable Behavioral Health Technicians (BHTs) to join our team. In this role, you will provide direct support and care to clients in a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment while helping them work toward their treatment goals.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support clients following individualized treatment plans
• Monitor, observe, and document client behaviors and participation
• Assist during crisis situations using appropriate de-escalation techniques
• Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain client confidentiality
• Assist with medication administration as directed and within scope of practice

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
• Current BLS and First Aid Certification
• Previous behavioral health or direct care experience preferred
