Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in software companies
- Upper-intermediate or Advanced English, strong communication skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience in collection and elaboration of requirements
- Experience in creating business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria in a clear and concise form
- Experience in writing technical documentation, creation of system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
- Basic knowledge of software architecture and microservices
- Advanced knowledge of IP protocol stack, REST API design, integration protocols and data formats
- Understanding of web and mobile application development processes
- Self-motivated, well-organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills
Preferred Skills
- Good knowledge of Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) and Figma/Sketch/Balsamiq (or similar)
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, customer support, marketing
- Pre-sale experience
- Experience in video related features/products will be a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Create and maintain clear and concise business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Support the creation of technical documentation, system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the accurate interpretation and implementation of business requirements
- Participate in the development and enhancement of Ajax Video
- Continuously improve processes and propose innovative solutions to business challenges
- Performing analysis of competitors
- Check that new requests don’t break anything in the existing product and compliant with the main product goals
- Aid in testing of a product
