Chief of staff

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and influential Chief of Staff to partner with the GCC Leadership team in driving strategic priorities, executive communications, organizational effectiveness, and stakeholder engagement.

This role will serve as a trusted advisor and execution partner to the GCC Leader, ensuring leadership priorities are translated into actionable outcomes. The individual will act as the connective tissue across teams, driving operational cadence, executive communications, leadership messaging, customer engagements, and organizational branding initiatives.

Roles & responsibilities:

Strategic Partner to GCC Leadership

• Partner closely with the GCC Leader to drive strategic initiatives and organizational priorities.
• Translate leadership goals into executable workstreams with clear ownership and timelines.
• Drive execution of cross-functional initiatives requiring coordination across multiple teams.
• Serve as a trusted advisor on strategic and operational matters.

Business Operations & Governance

• Establish and manage leadership operating rhythms and governance mechanisms.
• Drive weekly leadership reviews, staff meetings, town halls, and business reviews.
• Track key decisions, actions, dependencies, and outcomes across leadership forums.
• Improve organizational effectiveness through disciplined execution and follow-through.

Executive Communications & Storytelling

• Develop compelling leadership narratives and communication strategies.
• Create and refine executive presentations, business reviews, customer presentations, and leadership updates.
• Support speeches, talking points, town halls, and leadership communications.
• Ensure consistency in messaging across all internal and external communication channels.
• Translate complex business priorities into clear and impactful stories.

Internal & External Communications

• Lead internal communication efforts to reinforce organizational priorities, achievements, and culture.
• Develop communication plans that showcase business growth, talent, innovation, and impact.
• Partner with corporate communications and marketing teams to amplify GCC success stories.
• Drive thought leadership and executive visibility initiatives.
• Support external branding efforts across social media and professional platforms.

Stakeholder & Executive Engagement

• Plan and manage customer visits, executive visits, leadership forums, and strategic events.
• Coordinate across business, operations, facilities, communications, and functional teams to deliver seamless experiences.
• Ensure stakeholder engagements result in measurable outcomes and follow-up actions.
• Maintain strong relationships across leadership teams in India and global markets.

Employer Branding & Market Presence

• Support initiatives that strengthen GCC brand perception internally and externally.
• Help position the GCC as a strategic business partner within the enterprise.

• Proven experience managing large engineering teams and multi-regional delivery operations.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and customer relationship skills.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilitie
